Luca Amedeo Ramella, widely known prfessioanlly as Luca Ramella, is a senior executive and advisor with more than forty years of experience in complex, urgent and transformational business situations. He currently serves as Senior Advisor to AlixPartners, after serving as Partner & Managing Director from 2005 to 2023. His career combines executive leadership, turnaround and restructuring, corporate finance and academic experience, including teaching at Bocconi University. He also serves as Chairman of La Pescaia Resort, an internationally recognized hospitality venture in the Tuscan Maremma, promoted and managed by his daughters, Margherita and Beatrice, and widely featured in international travel and lifestile publications
